Veterinary Referral Disclaimer

At Ross Animal Hospital & Rehabilitation Center in Covington, GA, we understand the importance of trust and professional collaboration within the veterinary community. Under the leadership of Dr. Rhonda Ross, DVM, CVA, CCRP, CVMMP, our practice is proud to offer both traditional veterinary care and specialized services that are not commonly available at most general practices in the Metro Atlanta and Southeastern United States region.

We want to assure our fellow veterinarians and referring practices that:

Ross Animal Hospital will not solicit or accept general veterinary care from referred clients unless explicitly requested by the owner and approved by the referring veterinarian.

Our mission is to support your practice, not to compete for your clients. Dr. Ross and her team are honored to provide referral-based specialty care, including but not limited to:

    • Acupuncture – A holistic, drug-free treatment that stimulates the body’s natural healing processes and helps relieve pain, inflammation, and nerve-related issues.

    • Therapeutic In-Ground Jetted Pool – Our indoor, temperature-controlled pool provides safe, low-impact exercise that builds muscle strength and supports recovery from orthopedic injuries.

    • Underwater Treadmill Therapy – Ideal for post-surgical rehabilitation, weight management, and increasing joint mobility with reduced stress on the body.

    • Companion Laser Therapy – A cutting-edge, non-invasive treatment that accelerates tissue repair, reduces inflammation, and relieves pain.

    • Therapeutic Ultrasound – Uses sound waves to promote deep tissue healing and reduce muscle spasms or stiffness.

    • Rehabilitation Equipment – Including Cavaletti rails, wobble boards, incline ramps, and other tools that help restore strength, balance, and coordination.

    • Massage Therapy – Improves circulation, eases muscle tension, and supports relaxation and healing.

    • Veterinary Chiropractic Care – Gentle spinal adjustments to restore proper alignment, reduce pain, and improve overall body function.

    • PulseVet Shock Wave Therapy – A powerful regenerative therapy that stimulates cell growth and healing in joints, ligaments, and tendons.

    • Spryng™ OsteoCushion Therapy – A revolutionary injectable treatment that mimics natural joint cartilage, providing lasting relief for pets with osteoarthritis or joint damage.

    • Stem Cell Therapy
    • PRP - Platelet-Rich Plasma Therapy

We view our advanced services as a complement to the primary care you provide and are committed to returning your clients to your care once the referred treatment has concluded. Our referral process includes open communication, detailed progress reports, and ongoing collaboration to ensure the best outcome for every patient.

If you would like to partner with us or have questions about our referral policy, please contact Dr. Rhonda Ross directly at 770-786-8000 or visit www.rossanimalhospitalandrehab.com.

Together, we can elevate the level of care available to pets across Georgia and the Southeast.
